Pazopanib is an anticancer medication which is used for the treatment of kidney cancer. It is available as 200mg or 400mg tablet. Paznib is the brand name of this medication and it is a part of the target therapy medication. These tablets are the tyrosine kinase inhibitor which inhibits the VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor receptors). For renal cell carcinoma too, the Pazopanib tablets showed favourable results. 27 months was the median survival rate for the patients who take Pazopanib in comparison to 26 months for people who received Sunitinib.
